What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, work email, and optionally your company and phone number, along with your message and which page you sent it from. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a quotation, to carry out the resulting correspondence. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in our own content system on our own server. Access is restricted to administrator accounts; editorial and marketing staff cannot read them. Notification emails are sent to info@vinodmfg.com.
Bot protection
Submissions pass through rate limiting and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile. This means Cloudflare receives your IP address as part of that check. We keep the submission timestamp for the same purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. If you want your details removed sooner, email info@vinodmfg.com and we will do it.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. A session cookie is set only when a member of staff signs in to the content system, and it exists solely to keep them signed in.
